Pärnu linnagaleriiUmbra Atelier group exhibition “Quiet Metamorphoses” Opening 7.10. at 17:00 07.10.—07.11.2026 Pärnu City Gallery at the Town Hall, Uus St 4, Pärnu On Wednesday, October 7 at 17:00, the Umbra Atelier group exhibition “Quiet Metamorphoses” opens at Pärnu City Gallery at the Town Hall. You are welcome! Changes shape a person’s relationship with themselves and the world around them. We are shaped by random thoughts and choices, desires and fears. Often, it happens unnoticed. Only when looking back do we see how little remains of who we once were. We are constantly reshaping ourselves, not knowing who we will become next. The Umbra Atelier group exhibition “Quiet Metamorphoses” features introspective works that address change and its significance for ourselves and others. The artists view different metamorphoses as uncertain, sometimes frightening, yet fertile moments in which the familiar and the unknown intertwine. Participants in the exhibition: Ingmar Roomets, Raido Randoja, Rainer Palu, Erika Aasa, Katariina Leets, Indrek Lõbus, Elina Kuznetsova, Daniil Bessedin, and Egle Liiskmann. One of the aims of Umbra Atelier, located in Tartu’s Old Town, is to create an environment where a sense of community can emerge alongside individual creative work. A space where members feel safe, cared for, and creatively free. Open discussion, sharing ideas without prejudice, and simply enjoying being together are important here.
