Rakvere teater etendusega "Tsikaadide aeg"

Family Portrait The members of the Lafayette clan have long been estranged from one another. After the prescribed period has passed since the family patriarch’s death, two brothers and a sister return with their families and partners to their crumbling childhood home, amid debts, clutter and memories, to divide the inheritance of their recently deceased father. A shocking discovery from the family’s past comes to light, adding fuel to the fire. A tragicomedy in the spirit of classic American family dramas. Country and city. Wealth and poverty. Different generations and different truths. Caring for children and parents. How do we talk—or keep silent—about the past? Premiere on 25 October 2024 at the Rakvere Theatre’s main building.
