It's a chance to take a couple of hours for yourself, enjoy a good sauna and a guided sauna ritual. Three evenings, three different rituals: October 10 – Birch whisk ritual. The birch whisk is one of the best-known symbols of [contact details withheld] sauna traditions, and this ritual centers on whisking, the scent of birch branches and the natural rhythm of the sauna. Whisking relaxes the muscles and opens the skin's pores, while the essential oils of birch bring relief to breathing. November 7 – The power of steam. The November evening centers on a steam salt sauna, honey and sugar exfoliation, and a eucalyptus whisk. The heat of the steam salt sauna helps the body warm up and relax, while carefully selected aromas create a pleasant and tranquil sauna environment. December 5 – Sound journey and aromas. The last and most special evening of the season before the Christmas rush. The ritual features a shaman drum and koshi chimes in the steam room, accompanied by essential oil aromas—a richly atmospheric experience where the sounds create a different rhythm for the evening and offer a chance to step away from the everyday bustle for a while. What does the evening offer you? During your two-hour visit, the sauna master will lead a guided ritual, and for the rest of the time you can move at your own pace between the saunas, the warm hot tub and the cozy fireplace room.
