That’s how it is for Ratta, too. He is fifty and knows exactly how things are. And right now, they don’t seem to be going very well. His marriage is over. His job is pointless. He dislikes a great many things, and many of them are things other people like. It might even seem that Ratta’s best years are behind him. But then everything changes. Moving from his ex-wife’s garage into his own apartment marks the start of Ratta’s journey of self-discovery. And it soon becomes clear that trying to reconcile the man you have become with the man you want to be is difficult, but funny at the same time.
