THE TUBERKULOITED 35 Sindi’s most famous band is coming home to celebrate its anniversary. It will be a birthday celebration where everyone can sing along, jump, and remember the songs to which several generations have grown up. 35 years on, The Tuberkuloited have not quieted down one bit. The band, which originated in Pärnu, has become one of [contact details withheld] most important alternative rock bands, combining post-punk, indie, and 1990s alternative rock influences in their music. Sindi holds special meaning for the band. It was here that Helena Randlaht wrote much of Sibyl Vane’s debut album, and now Sindi music history legend Meelis Tauk is also part of the lineup. For Sibyl Vane, Sindi Rock is not just another festival, but a kind of homecoming.
