Tasuta töötuba „Kuidas disainida klienditeekond, mis maitseb“
Thu 12 Nov 2026 · 14:00–17:30
Tartu Ülikooli Pärnu kolledžThe workshop “How to design a customer journey that tastes good” is part of Pärnu Design Days. This year, the day focuses on food and how design shapes our eating and tasting experiences—from space and atmosphere to serving and service. A good customer experience does not happen by chance. As with a good dish, both the whole and every individual ingredient matter: what impression the first encounter makes, what builds anticipation, what leaves a bad taste, and what brings the customer back. In this practical service design workshop, we will look at your organization’s customer journey through the customer’s eyes. We will explore how different touchpoints shape their experience and what changes you can make to create more value for the customer. Why take part? In the workshop, you can: * map your organization’s customer journey and its main stages; * analyze the customer experience at different touchpoints; * identify pain points and opportunities for development in the customer journey; * generate ideas for improving the customer experience; * develop practical solutions you can use in your work. This is a practical workshop where we use just enough theory to support analysis and idea development. Who is it for? The workshop is open to entrepreneurs and employees from different fields. If you want to analyze your organization’s customer journey, bring a colleague along so you can think through and develop solutions together. Trainer Deily Merirand is a service designer and project manager of the Design Thinking Lab at the University of Tartu Pärnu College. Her knowledge of tourism and hotel business and service design is grounded in both practical experience and theory. Deily helps organizations view their services through the customer’s eyes, notice pain points in the customer journey, and find ways to create a better, more considered customer experience. Price The workshop is free. Advance registration is required.
