We invite you to take part in a hands-on workshop close to nature, where you’ll make a distinctive herbal liqueur from aromatic herbs grown in the herb garden at Tamme Farm. In the workshop, we bring together natural materials and ingredients, flavour experiences, crafting and a pleasant time in a cosy setting. Participants will learn new things about the fascinating world of culinary herbs, get hands-on, enjoy snacks and take home something personal that they made themselves at the end of the day. The workshop is for adults only. A workshop introducing the mysterious world of herbs—make a herbal liqueur to your liking. Date: 21 November Time: 12:00 Duration: up to 2 hours In the workshop, you’ll learn: - how to conjure enchanting flavour combinations from herbs, - which dishes to pair herbs with, - which herbs harmonise with one another and pair well with alcohol, - how different herbs smell and taste. With guidance from the hostess of Tamme Farm’s herb garden, each participant will make a herbal liqueur with a unique flavour combination and decorate it as they like. You can take home the product you made yourself. The workshop price includes: - the herb garden hostess sharing her knowledge of the fascinating world of culinary herbs, - materials and tools, - a welcome drink, snacks featuring Tamme Farm products, and tea or coffee, - tasting plants suitable for liqueur, - a pleasant time in a cosy setting.
