A workshop introducing the mysterious world of herbs – make an herbal liqueur to your taste. Join us for a hands-on workshop close to nature, where you will make a distinctive liqueur from aromatic herbs, using plants grown in the herb garden at Tamme Farm. In the workshop, we bring together natural materials and ingredients, tasting experiences, crafting and a pleasant time in a cosy setting. Participants will learn new things about the fascinating world of herbs, get hands-on, enjoy refreshments and, at the end of the day, take home something personal that they have made themselves. The workshop is for adults only. Date: 7 November Time: 12:00 Duration: up to 2 hours At the workshop, you will learn: - how to create enchanting flavour combinations from herbs, - which dishes to pair with herbs, - which herbs harmonise with one another and go well with alcohol, - how different herbs smell and taste. With guidance from the hostess of Tamme Farm’s herb garden, each participant will make an herbal liqueur with a unique flavour combination and decorate it as they wish. You can take home the product you made yourself. The workshop price includes: - sharing the herb garden hostess’s knowledge of the fascinating world of herbs, - materials and tools, - a welcome drink, snacks featuring Tamme Farm products, and tea or coffee, - tasting plants suitable for making liqueur, - a pleasant time in a cosy setting.
