Halinga Restaurant – the gateway to Pärnu. We are located along the Via Baltica, an excellent location for both local visitors and tour groups. You can celebrate birthdays and company parties here. Our menu features popular dishes such as schnitzel and pizza. Here you can play a variety of arcade games that were popular in Estonia in the 1990s and are now gathered in one place. We have over 100 machines where you can race, shoot at a shooting gallery, and children can enjoy various classic arcade games. Tokens are given as a gift with food purchases.
