Tori Cider Farm invites you to a workshop! At the workshop, you can take part in the cider-making process yourself—in an exciting production stage called “disgorgement.” Disgorgement is one of the most important stages in making drinks using the traditional Champagne method. After the drinks have settled, the yeast sediment is dramatically removed from the bottle and a sparkling wine cork is inserted. We will also show you the production process at the cider factory, talk about the secrets of making good cider, and offer you a tasting of our products. Come try your hand at being a cider maker!
