Villa ÕU's two apartments, Rose and Kapteni, are located close to the Pärnu River and the Marina, with the city centre and Pärnu beach within walking distance. You can have a barbecue in the courtyard, enjoy coffee on the terrace and take in the view of lovely Vallikäär Park. Both apartments at Villa ÕU have cots and high chairs for babies, for families, and there is a fun playground in the park right next to the house. You can safely park your car in the courtyard. Breakfast is also available if ordered in advance. The courtyard house is also home to the Kauni design boutique and ÕU café-wine bar, which offers Spanish wines and snacks. Welcome, come and enjoy!
