Saare Värava kohvik

Saare Värav Café is located in the Virtsu harbor building. Although the building is new, the café-waiting room still has the feel of the old Virtsu harbor building. Some of the old, massive benches were retained, where more than a few islanders have, for example, dozed while waiting for a storm to subside or for the morning ferry because of the “special nature of island life.” The café menu includes pies, pastries, main courses, and soups.
