Pärnu’s first chef’s table inspired by the zero-waste principle is a place where we take you on a culinary journey through Estonia. When preparing our dishes, we prefer local ingredients and follow the principle of “nose to tail and root to flower.” Seated together at the table, you’ll watch the tasting menu being prepared before your eyes.
