Come and take part in Klaara-Manni’s “Honest Garden Produce Workshop.” Explore the organic garden, where the gardener shares tips and basic knowledge about organic growing. You’ll learn about the differences between organically grown vegetables and those cultivated with chemical fertilizers. In the workshop, you’ll plant a seed yourself in spring and take the planted seed home; in autumn, you can harvest the crop. After the garden tour, we’ll make homemade lemonades and smoothies together using herbs picked from the organic garden, shoots gathered in the forest or the beginnings of edible weeds. Local snacks made from local ingredients are also served.
